Thomas M. Hughes

Thomas M. Hughes is an attorney with more than 30 years of experience practicing in the areas of employee benefits and business law. He helps clients with pension, profit sharing, 401(k) and employee stock ownership (ESOP) plans. He assists with health and welfare programs, including multi-employer and other collectively bargained plans and related employee benefits programs.

Tom frequently serves as a neutral on employee benefit matters in family law cases. He is retained by attorneys, accountants and insurers for his expertise on complex benefit issues, including fiduciary liability, funding and administrative problems.
